Mathew Dale is a licensed NSW builder and building consultant with 28 years of experience across residential and commercial construction. Since 2013, he has specialised in building and construction disputes, providing objective Independent Expert Evidence, Technical Advisory, and Forensic Building Investigations.
Mathew is regularly engaged to deliver expert evidence and defect diagnosis in NCAT and court proceedings. His expertise covers complex building defects, waterproofing failures, structural issues, incomplete work, and cost-to-complete disputes.
