Bringing over 25 years of direct, on-site construction experience to forensic building consultancy and expert evidence

I’ve worked in residential and commercial construction for 28 years and have been engaged as a building consultant in building and construction disputes since 2013.

I hold NSW Builder Licence 235580C and a NSW Design and Building Practitioners licence (BUP 1256) for class 2 matters. Those licences are the foundation of the opinions I’m qualified to give on workmanship, buildability, sequencing and rectification methods — not a basis for carrying out building work in a matter I’m engaged on. Through MPDBC, my practice is expert evidence and forensic investigation only.
